El Nuevo Gaucho (The New Gaucho)
“gaucho” is the equivalent of the american cowboy.

A typically Argentine Restaurant

... where you may  taste the beast meat in a place planned for enjoyment. 
 

This unique Restaurant is built of “ciprés” (a type of cypress indigenous of the Andean Patagonic area). It is a typically  Patagonian place where you can learn about the eating and cultural customs and traditions of the region.

We are interested in giving  good food, good attention and good drinks, but without neglecting other aspects regarding our culture and traditions.

For this reason, we also offer  a site  with excellent “gaucho” (country) atmosphere, decorated with originals by local artists  Chingolo Casalla and Gabino Tapia, well known for their paintings of country subjects “made in Bariloche”.
