Who We Are

Our inauguration was on the 5th of June, 2002 and the
members of our company are Andrés Suarez and Javier Peric. Our main
assets being the wish to do things right, offer the best service and
make you feel at home.
Andres
Suarez, alias “El Flaco” has much experience and know-how in the
restaurateur line as a result of having been involved in different
areas of first class restaurants in Bariloche and Pinamar.
Javier
Peric, alias “El Javo”, due to his experience, is in charge of the
administration and marketing side of the business, as well as being a
connoisseur of Argentine wines.
Our
motto: excellent care of our customers, offering best quality products.
Our best satisfaction being their satisfaction.
El Nuevo
Gaucho endeavor to show the customs and traditions of this region, its
art and culture, emphasizing on its painters, musicians, poets and
craftsmen as also providing information regarding the tourist
attractions of the area.
And, of
course, the entire staff of “El Nuevo Gaucho” is making every effort for
tourists and residents to enjoy the widest variety of regional food, the
typical argentine barbecue and Cordero Patagónico a la parrilla (
grilled Patagonian lamb)
